#5 I'm wondering if in November they end up with more voters than population in Wisconsin. I expect A lot of people will vote in multiple districts.

If you vote without an ID you should be forced to smile for a photo, give up a thumb print, and sign a document attesting that you understand voter fraud is a felony offense punishable by x years in prison. Then of course they need to carry out the threat for those discovered to be lying.

#6 Republicans should pass laws in all 50 states saying anyone convicted of voter fraud loses the right to vote or be eligible for elected office.

#7 How about dipping your index finger in ink the way they did in Iraq? (Exceptions would of course be made for people who don't have an index finger.)

People who vote twice would have the index finger removed.
