#1 Those not affiliated with the GCC are overjoyed at saving $100 billion. I have met many of them at various summer vacation venues spending the proceeds.

#4 Qatar in particular is now facing the second destructive wave to hit the GCC -- the fall in natural gas prices and the emergence of the USA as a natural gas exporter. If not for the Obama administration's continuous efforts to block construction of LNG terminals the Muslim Brothers who run Qatar (and Russia) would know for sure that their days of living 'high on the hog' are over.

For who??

As previous poster said that's $100 B not being spent on gasoline and heating oil being spent on consumer goods. Gee, that sounds really positive and uplifting doesn't it.
