#1 Why don't they control the guns in Chicago? Don't they have any laws? Does the NRA control the City?

#3 Nothing really helpful or significant until those 100 people that are shot are of the Rahm Emanuel class.

Not even shooting cops matters to the oligarchy. Not until it's their butts on the firing line will anything happen (see also Paris 1789)
