#1 Although I don't recall any such workstations in the '70s, this one is great.

Does anyone get the impression that the closer we get to the election, the Democrats and all of its acolytes such as the MSM are getting very unhinged?

#8 OK. OK. I see the girl and the short shorts and the legs and the hair and all that. I'm not blind and I am most certainly not unappreciative. But is that an IBM Selectric?

#10 Selectric-III was state of the art before the computer became widespread. I think I still have an OCR ball somewhere.

#11 Yes, I appreciate the ergonomics of the typist in the picture. But as far as keyboards are concerned, I don't think the ergonomics of the Selectric have ever been beaten.

#13 Does anyone recall the Wang computer around the early 1970s?

#14 Yeah, we had a large Wang network system in our offices for word processing.

We actually called it the 'Big Wang' and nobody was offended....too much.

Times have changed
