#2 I remember during Intifada I, every time you shoot you were investigated by JAG. But, the regs say that you've a right to have one of your officers present. One of our officers was a (very) criminal lawyer. He used to torture these JAG kids.

#4 Mills claims to be Hillary's attorney and thus have attorney-client privilege. IMO, this or she is just a firewall. I don't know how this plays out as she is complicit in conspiring to destroy federal records, obstruct justice, engage in fraud, corruption and racketeering, mishandle classified information, and perjure. When (and how) is this criminal house of cards going to come tumbling down?

#7 Andrew McCarthy's recent article points out that Mills was not Hilda's lawyer during the period she was SOS and was a principle participant in possible criminal behavior. Thus she should neither has been able to claim attorney client privilege during separate questioning nor been present as counsel for questioning on matters to which she was a possible suspect. It is proof beyond doubt, along with the muzzling of the agents during Hilda's interview, that the fix was in. We are only a nation of laws for the small and powerless. Our aristocrats have different, more nuanced standards of conduct.
