After that she could put the passenger seat back, close her eyes, and breathe O2 between coughing fits until they arrived wherever they were going.

#9 I don't believe it was a body double (I suspect she ditched her Kevlar and got a shot of adrenaline or something) but the secret service certainly kept their distance when she came out of Chelsea's apartment. That seems unusual.

#13 Slightly different angle of the body to the camera can make lots of thing seem slightly different. I don't see anything in the pictures at the link that I find convincing.
