Yes, it is typical. The first 25,000 plus Iraqi refugees were drug into this country by the State Department without any vetting whatsoever. And now you tell us an average of 7% of your applicants have terror ties/intent.

Logic then dictates that 7% of that 25,000 had terror ties...1,750 of them. WTF? Did you go back and vet them and remove the trouble? Of course not...
