#3 I think we need a better arrangement. US takes out bad guys and others handle the peacekeeping. The US is awesome at taking them out but our political class hasn't the long range planning for the later.

#7 ...So let me get this straight: no matter what we did during the cold war, we got bitched at (as one of our mods likes to say, "NATO allowed the Europeans to pick our pockets while complaining about the cut of our trousers'), and when we finally back off, NOW you figure out that as imperfect as we are, we were the ONLY things between you and chaos and now you want us cowboys back?

Screw you, Anders. Rot in the holes you've dug. If US units ever come back to Europe, I hope it's behind a nuclear strike.
