#2 An arrest is made in Czechoslovakia and a Russian hacker is nabbed. LinkedIn suggested that the arrest was tied to a 2012 breach of member information. Lets see, four years after the event the FBI announces an arrest. That's about par for the course. Remember, the FBI announced (incorrectly) that the Mafia was done for -- twenty years or so after an investigation was instituted. It announced that it had arrested the Soviet mole operating within the FBI -- five years after he began. "Slow" does not begin to explain operational speed within the FBI.
