#3 The law the Regime tried to nail them with (impede federal workers) was a law used right after the civil war against resistance to Union agents in the South. Therefore that charge was a stretch. Possessing firearms in a federal facility, strategy by the defense would be interesting to find out about.

This should strengthen counter legal activities regarding the unjustified murder of Robert Finicum.

#4 Even if the jury nullifies every time, the feds will see to it that the process itself will devastate the bundys and all associated with them.

It would be interesting to find out what the outcome is for the informants as well. Wonder if there will be any cases of "snitches get stitches"?
