Yes, 155mm is a common caliber and there are quite a few nations working on smart projectiles. Did somebody at LockMart not grease the right politico and/or the program is hopelessly broken?

#6 A Boeing friend passed this art to me; seems that the good ol'boys at Lawndart-ville could come up with some sort of F-18 variant that would suffice as the ammo; Lord knows they have sold that POS as a fix/replacement for everything else except helos and subs ( probably working that as we speak)

#9 That's the deal Glen. Although it's a common caliber this gun is a special and requires proprietary ammo, no refills.
