What's needed is to cut off funding for all the unecessary spongers off the taxpayer. Then return the savings to taxpayers as a refund would make it very popular.

#3 The existing policies in universities encourage bad behavior. Free speech, Yes. Whining, molly-coddled lefty cry babies, No.
University administrator pay should be contingent upon not encouraging this bad behavior. One problem is that large universities have become microcosms of Federal government and its left-leaning policies.
