#3 I don't think there are many Japanese Muslims. Quite a few Chinese (East Turkestan) Muslims though, including some militant ones.

#5 The Kurds deported a Japanese reporter a few days ago whom they accused of being somehow connected to ISIS. He denied the connection once he arrived at home.
