#2 The Iranophillic Obama admin has been stalling for years fighter aircraft purchases for Kuwait and Qatar. Qatar finally bought 24 French Rafales before the Obama admin relented on the purchases of F-18Es for Kuwait and F-15QAs for Qatar.
