#1 I wonder if Colonel Dorrian would explain if it is true that US aircraft will only hit parked oil trucks and not moving trucks. And if so, why that is so.

#4 If the moving oil trucks contain oil, that will create air pollution and also release carbon dioxide into the air, increasing ~~global warming~~ climate change. Saving lives and shortening the war are not worth that.
