#3 Interesting we know the affiliation of the La. guy in the slammer for 13 years, and we know (at the link) the guy who defeated Fattah in the primary is a (D), but no mention made of Fattah's party. I guess, being from Philly and all, it's understood.

However, unlike many others, he resigned immediately after his indictment. Oops. Sorry, after his conviction he resigned. Wikipedia
