#3 You could wind up dissolving just as many nonprofits (both charities & foundations) just auditing them for compliance items. I'm not aware of any sizable team or group dedicated to compliance spot checks (by that I mean ever during my professional near-30 year career); they're probably audited at the same rate as partnerships (1/100 of 1%, last I checked).
