New boss in town, soon enough to kill any lawsuit initiated since November. Lawsuits take time. They know that. Going for propaganda points? But, Trump doesn't care what the minions of the press scream and the louder they scream, the more they alienate and isolate themselves.

#3 I don't think you can create a law that occurs immediately so anything he does can be cancelled before it takes effect. Obama must know this and I suspect this is the typical booby trap type thing so liberals can claim Trump put lead in the water by cancelling some anti-lead bill demanding lead content be reduced into negative numbers or some foolishness.
