#3 He just needs one, revoking all EO's over the past 8 years. Then Congress needs a one page bill stating that all laws signed by Obama are hereby repealed and therefore null and void. Then once it's signed, Obama's legacy is almost erased.

#9 It's very simple, unions among government employees denote an attempt to hold our government hostage. Government unions should be considered terrorists and treated as such.
