#4 EPA did some important things at first (and may still), but it has gotten totally out of hand and desperately needs 'correction.'

#5 Glen, I am old enough remember the time before the EPA. You're right - they have done some "good" - mostly by shutting down polluting industries. However, they went off the rails when they started to look for new pollutants to regulate like CO2 and dust from farmers.
