#3 Bet SD would fare pretty well. I always wonder whether the cops could cut through the block, or would they have to run around the corner. And then there are the Marines a couple of minutes away, theoretically, at least. Shoot, if you picked the right day you could have the Blue Angels fly over.

Not the worst place in the world. Sometimes I kinda like it.
