#2 Heh. The "fact check" refutes the claim that Obamacare was a bi-partisian effort by admitting that Obama and the democrats rammed it through on a partisan basis.

As for the "death spiral": The very best time for a plane to get out of a death spiral is for the pilot to recognize when the plane is getting into one BEFORE it gets into it. What? these people are deliberately going to WAIT until companies burn through irreplaceable personal resources BEFORE admitting it?

Meh, I correct myself: they won't admit it even while the companies who shilled for it are in the midst of one.

Their predictions have proven wrong and ours were proven right. All their braying "NAY!" doesn't alter a thing.
