#2 graft and remittance income to be spent by families in Mexico. They need to quit exporting their problems and fix them. First they can explain why a Mexican wall on their Central American border is OK, but not a northern one

#3 remittance is guessed to be 1/3rd their economy. That is the safety valve against revolution/political reform. Could do Mexico some good to be forced to fix things.
