#3 The 'Babur' is in fact just a Chinese cruise missile. The Pakistani Agosta subs (bought from France) cannot fire cruise missiles. The Pakistanis will have to wait until they receive their Yuan class subs from China.

#4 When Gadaffi gave up his nuke program, the IAEA was handed blueprints for a Chinese missile warhead. The Libyans had received this from the Pakistani scientist AQ Khan. There were detailed handwritten notes in Urdu translating portions and describing fabrication down to the amount of torque to apply to each bolt.
The Chinese have provided nuclear weapons and missiles to North Korea and Pakistan. Neither country can manufacture a modern lathe. North Korea has only just begun bicycle manufacture. Neither would have nuclear missiles without China suppling the technology.
