#3 When Obama took office in 2009, there were 60,880,000 Medicaid beneficiaries, according to the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission. As of March 2016, there were 74,059,221 enrollees, an increase of over 13 million.

So which is it - tens of thousands or 13 million?

#4 Warm up the economy so there are more well-paying jobs, and many of those now drawing assistance won't need it anymore -- virtuous cycle stuff. Let the illegals continue to self-deport in fear of that monster, President Trump, as they have been in recent weeks, and those jobs will open up to those here legally; they, too, won't need assistance anymore. Reverse the definition of full time to the traditional 40 hours per week... and so forth.

And then far fewer government white collar workers will be needed to administer the programs.
