Intelligence collection, nor any of the vital concerns listed in the above para were never his primary mission as directed by Obama. He has boldly and spitefully articulated his goals and mission.

#2 Obama's NASA task was the environment and global warming. And where was Ambassador Stevens in all of this? Naaaah, they wouldn't do that.

In the 1990s, Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi began to enact "purification" laws designed to enforce a harsh view of Islamic law on the population. Libyan courts were given the power to use amputation, flogging and other cruel punishments against persons found to be violating traditional Islamic morality.
