#2 The HRW has also claimed that the KRG have at least 183 alledged ISIS child soldiers in jug without access to a lawyer or charges put against them.

Once again mistaking the treatment of accused criminals in civil society with that of captured enemy combattants in war. The fact that they are ISIS Lion Cubs changes that only somewhat., as does the fact that many of them likely did not originally put on their uniforms willingly.
