#2 Fine. Change all state lotteries so that 2500 tickets in each drawing receive top prize. Count the number of days - or hours - until the lottery is bankrupt. That's what letting illiterate, unskilled "economic migrants" into the US in unchecked numbers will do to the country. Put it out there for everybody to see, sort of like a reverse "Americathon."
