#6 All of this supposes that some type of Preemption wont happen from around the world; and if that happens, Trump will be given "Carte Blanche" to carry out his will. I would say it is no coincident that the USS Cole is back at Yemen, it's presence suggest a "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me" tactic. #11 A number of general officers might be convinced that such a coup was possible and necessary, but I have doubts they could convince many trigger pullers to obey such an order, and they are unlikely to still be proficient actual combat.
