#2 I will enjoy images of them doing fingerprints of women in burkas. That was a cause for rioting when US troops attempted it in war zones as it's "dissing a Muslim woman to touch an infidel".

Applicants for US visas are fingerprinted, so this isn't some kind of novel requirement. That China is doing it is a little absurd and perhaps sinister, given that it's not as if visa overstays are a big problem there.
