This may have been someone being crazy like a fox - if she was being tagged to provide support for the Soon To Be Ex, that's a quick way out of it without a court sanction afterwards.

#9 Now she doesn't have to fly anymore but they can't terminate her, will get sympathy of the court, will receive LTD paid counseling through her employer's healthcare program AND will get awarded a job stress related disability claim.
