#1 People are of course the problem, and in no way the solution. Why must they constantly be attempting to leave the urban areas where we put them?

Those Crossrail station plague skeleton stories should have been censored. Now everyone wants to leave crowded London.

And what became of the funding saved by the docking of the entire Royal Navy submarine fleet ?
