There is the crux of the biscuit. Justice in the American West was quick and harsh at times, before the whole civilization thing caught on. You can't have a lawn until you kill off the weeds and chase away the fire ants.

NGOs and the usual whiners aside, I'd bet the RAB is quite popular with the common folk. Good hunting, boys!
