#2 Probably g(r)omgoru but it would seem Trump is within his authority. Obama was horrible for individual property rights and State's rights. I should say he was just plain horrible.

#3 Trump was within his rights (or, more precisely, duties of his office) to restrict Islamic in-migration. Ditto, for denying federal funds to ~~rebellious~~ "sanctuary" cities.
