Really!?! So exactly how does the author know about this dynamic? Answer; More than likely he has no clue as to any personal assurances of the sort. It was generally accepted passing legislation was a crap-shoot from the get. In agenda journalism that's what's called the setup line.

#5 M'Lady and I were watching the interview a few months ago where Hannity was interviewing SoH Ryan. He had this nice little wrapped up package about his schedule and what he was going to do.

I turned to M'Lady and said to her, "Look at his body language, especially his facial expressions. He is just a lying POS."
