#1 Haaf won 53 votes, beating his main rival contender, Ahmed Sharif Ali Hilowle got 35 votes while the remaining vote was announced spoiled during the second round of the voting.

Almost reads like a story about voting for a Vermont town selectman. The accompanying 'Daily Fatwa' and the 'weather report for qat-growers and smugglers' kinda gives it away, though.
