#2 I would hope that a losing plaintiff who sought compensation for attorney's fees would have to pay defendant's attorney's fees. Clockboy's family got off light.

Loser pays would resolve a good deal of lawfare.

#4 I always call him 'Fake Bomb Boy' because that is what he is. He didn't 'invent' a clock. I doubt he even built it ( his father probably did or someone from CAIR).

Somehow should ask him to build a second one. Under observation and without his father 'helping'.
