#1 Imagine the illegal rush if this passed. Also budget estimates on costs of things always, ALWAYS comes in low. I would expect to see this roar to 600-800 billion a year.

#2 Imagine the waiting lists and waiting times as private medical practices are driven out of business and/or leave the state rather than submit to being lorded over by government bureaucrats when it comes to determining treatments and fees.
