#1 It is difficult not to notice that the talking classes repeatedly implore us to accept terrorism and move on, after all a miss is as good as a mile, right? We need to simply 'absorb' these events, tragic as they may well be in the same way we would some random natural disaster.

Of course they then go on to insist that they not only have the know-how but the very means to change the weather, King Canute style. Personally I like the damned weather just fine and I have equally had more than enough of Mustahpa and his home chemistry kit.

#5 I notice that the journalist keeps using words like feel and overreact, while the SAS man says think.

As for those "born here" who choose jihad over citizenship, let 'em keep their citizenship in permanent exile -- but lose the right to share it with their spouses or children.
