#1 ISIS and the ISI are not exactly kindred souls but someday the Afghans will be minus the American presence and Pakistain may need something in the bag to stall India and its efforts to put their own stamp on the future with pressure for Paki from two sides.

And besides directorate S in ISI likes ISIS way of doing things.
