The attack severely damaged the Mullahocracy's prestige, embarrassed the IRG, disrupted business in Tehran which surely cost the various crony capitalist types substantial amounts of money and ruined the day's events at the Khomenei mausoleum.

The false flag theory seems pretty thin.

#6 We don't know that the attack "severely damaged the Mullahocracy's prestige". We do know it generated a lot of internal outrage (the wars throughout ME that Iran is involved in are not exactly popular with Iranians), and garnered sympathy from the useful idiots. We also know that well orchestrated suicide attacks against hard targets are not common.
