#5 ...And it should be pointed out that the BPD is still officially under sanction as to the use of force. They may have to work overtime, and the city is obligated to PAY that overtime - but I don't think it's going to make any difference. As soon as some Feral Youth (TM) gets blown away by one of the admin cops.who haven't seen the street in years, it'll stop.
