#2 A suitable punishment for the acid throwers:

On life television, immobilize them and remove their pants and undies. While holding a bowl up against their wee-wee and balls, Pour acid all over their wee-wee and balls making sure they're completely soaked. Hold/leave bowl in place until it's obvious they can never use them again. Ignore screaming and make sure television audience can hear them.

Lets see how much longer this acid throwing fad will last!
