#1 I don't hold much hope the SanFran wackos will keep to the law. They'll go and allow the stupid Hawaii ruling and ignore the Supreme Court.

Hell, at this stage I wouldn't be surprised if they declared the SC decision unconstitutional.

#3 While the appeals court justices are working up their next ruling in a way that will finally persuade the Supreme Court to accept their argument, all involved will have to put other efforts on the back burner, reducing the amount of mischief they can get up to. This is a good thing, I think.
