#6 These stories tend to make my eyes cross: (1) a German court charges an (2) Afghan immigrant (not a German citizen) for a (3) crime in a the territory of Afghanistan (not, repeat not a German jurisdiction) involving (4) US Soldiers (definitely not under German jurisdiction!).
Now if the US, or the *cough* government *cough* of Afghanistan wants to extradite this vermin -- that is a different matter --- but Germany? What if alternatively the US soldiers were charged, what then?
