#3 Brown is envious of the the power communist dictators can wield. But he is a weak individual who would not survive among the bloody thieves and murderers who comprise the Chinese Communist Party.

If he wants money for roads, bridges and high speed rail he should stop squandering it on welfare for illegal aliens. But then, without their votes, he wouldn't even be governor of California.
