The Democratic Party's survival depends on keeping African Americans permanently shoeless, clueless and all riled up. The absolute LAST thing Democrats want is black prosperity and they'll do anything to prevent it.

#3 Although Dave D is right that the Democrats must oppose this for their survival that doesn't mean that Trump is wrong. Race relations were stronger in the 90s when the economy was booming. The question is can we get back to that.
