#4 If we could only get them to slowly circle (in an ad hoc parade formation) licensed conservative events, chanting, foot stomping and methodically moving past media cameras.....the numbers could grow into the hundreds of thousands.

Or the US anti-war protests (and neutrality movement) in the in the late 30s and early 40s? That IIRC, came to a screeching halt when the Ribbentrop Pact was broken and Moscow started burning.

Look at the motivation behind all three and the recent ones. I suspect it's turtles all the way down.
