#3 The Paleostinian embassy in Cairo announced that the Rafah crossing would be open to travvelers coming in and out of the Gazoo Strip for two days starting Sunday.

So the Palestinians will open the gate on their side. But will the Egyptians open the gate on their side? No mention of Egyptian action.
