#1 Wall street has been gambling on Maduro paying bonds. The most recent generated a response from their congress that they would not honor paying those bonds. Maduro then established a new congressional body to rubber stamp the payment of bonds. This should stop the nonsense Wall Street is doing.

Maduro has the bearcats and other army to control the general population. Thousands being held hostage in the prisons who could be executed if the population gets out of control.
